Criminal Law.
Whether it is accompanying a client to a police interview, conducting a bail application, making applications for work licences, conducting a trial or sentencing, I am available to be briefed in all manner of criminal law matters.
Domestic Violence.
Domestic Violence includes behaviour that is physically, sexually, financially or verbally abusive. It also includes damage to property, harassment or intimidation, or a threat to do any of those things. I am available to be briefed in all manner of DV proceedings.
Family Law.
Family Law matters include applications, interim hearings and full hearings. I am also available to be briefed in family court appeals. I regularly appear in the Federal Circuit Court, and have a particular passion in helping parties through family law proceedings.
Administrative Law.
Administrative Law is a body of law that regulates government decision making. It is, at its heart, an accountability mechanism, to ensure individual decisions are well founded.
Civil Law.
I am available to be briefed or provide opinions on a wide range of civil disputes, including commercial matters. This includes urgent applications (of their defence), small claims hearings, or trials.
Military Law.
As a veteran and former legal officer, I am available to be briefed in a wide array of military law matters, including veteran rights and entitlements, disciplinary, and administrative matters.
